Our Balsamic Vinegar is produced from the juice of just-harvested white grapes, boiled down to approximately 30% of the original volume to create a must, which is then fermented with a slow aging process that concentrates the flavor. After this process, we store our vinegar in our ancient oak barrels, making the vinegar’s flavor more intense, sweet, viscous and concentrated. You can use this robust and flavorful product on anything from meats, vegetables, salads and even deserts. Our Balsamic Vinegar is also Star-K certified which is great for customers who are on a Kosher diet.
